This Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Alain Goldstein ("we," "our," or "us") provides photography and related services to our clients ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by this policy.
Alain Goldstein offers a range of professional photography services, including but not limited to:
• Portrait photography (individual, family, corporate)
• Event photography (corporate events, celebrations)
• Commercial photography (products, real estate, architecture)
• Creative and artistic photography
• Photo editing and post-production
• Digital asset delivery
• Custom photography services as agreed upon
2.1 Initial Consultation: All services begin with an initial consultation (in person, by phone, or video call) to discuss your specific needs, vision, and expectations.
2.2 Proposal and Quote: Following the consultation, we will provide a written proposal outlining the services to be provided, deliverables, timeline, and associated costs.
2.3 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon:
• Signing of the service agreement
• Payment of the required deposit (typically 30% of the total project cost)
• Receipt of written confirmation from Alain Goldstein
3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your requirements, preferences, and any constraints that may affect the provision of services.
3.2 Timely Communication: You agree to respond to communications from us in a timely manner, especially regarding feedback, approvals, or decisions required to progress with the project.
3.3 Access and Permissions: Where applicable, you are responsible for securing necessary permissions, access, or permits required for photography at specific locations.
4.1 Professional Service: We will provide all services in a professional manner, applying our skills, experience, and artistic judgment to achieve the best possible results for your project.
4.2 Timeline Adherence: We will make every reasonable effort to adhere to agreed-upon timelines, keeping you informed of progress throughout the project.
4.3 Quality Assurance: All deliverables will undergo quality assurance checks before delivery to ensure they meet our professional standards.
5.1 Change Requests: Requests for changes to the agreed scope of work should be submitted in writing. We will evaluate each request and advise if it will affect the timeline, deliverables, or cost.
5.2 Revisions: Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, your package includes:
• Standard packages: Two rounds of minor revisions
• Premium packages: Three rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional charges
5.3 Cancellation by Client: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.
6.1 Fee Structure: Service fees are as outlined in the proposal and service agreement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Payment Schedule:
• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of the total) is required to secure your booking
• For projects under $1,000: Balance due upon completion before delivery of final files
• For projects over $1,000: 40% due at the midpoint of the project, remaining 30% due upon completion
6.3 Late Payments: Payments made after the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
7.1 Deliverables: Upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment, we will provide the agreed deliverables in the format specified in your service agreement.
7.2 Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery times are as follows:
• Portrait sessions: 7-10 business days
• Events: 10-14 business days
• Commercial projects: As specified in the project agreement
7.3 Archive Period: We maintain an archive of your images for 60 days after delivery. After this period, we do not guarantee the availability of your images, and retrieval may incur additional fees if possible.
8.1 Client Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about the deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can address them promptly.
8.2 Testimonials and Feedback: We may request your feedback or testimonial upon project completion. Your participation is voluntary but greatly appreciated.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel agreements if:
• The requested services involve illegal activities
• The client demonstrates abusive behavior toward our team
• The requirements violate our ethical standards
• The project conditions pose unreasonable health or safety risks
We may update this Service Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
